Thanks to everyone who had the time to read, accept and post comments. I hope this will not die as time passes.
Talking about trip, lets gather suggestions on when to go and where to go before deciding on the budget okie.
READ THIS LINE: NO PD! NO MALACCA! NO SEPANG! :) i'm serious...
Anywhere else is fine.
Speaking from experience November and December and school holidays in august and all that would be an extremely bad idea to go anywhere (even to PD) because they charge according to peak season and it will be crowded.
May is too soon. June is world cup month so i'm not leaving KL (please agree on this...preety please please please) July and August is okie but i can't follow you guys if you wanna go that time.
So September and October is the only two choice we have since Rajin wants to have a trip this year.

So everyone please state your comments, time and place of suggestions and we shall follow the majority. Wokay?
