It true that i have prepare an agenda which i believe u guys agree. But the this is there are few factor that make us not to stick to agenda.

1. Puncualty : No everyone on time for the meeting includding me ( sorry ) everyone got stuck. but anyhow we started at 9.30 pm
2. Chairperson : Kamini should have bring up the things in the agenda. but not to blame her also since we only have enough time to discuss one matter which is our trip. and she have to go back early.
3. To many talking: so much of talking going on... mostly all rubish (no offence) it's needed but not all the time. we need to be serious at some time lah so that we can finish discuss faster.

Conculsion:

The meeting for me still a sucessfull one. atleast we have make up our mind on the trip. and we got sri in our team. and not to forget our plan to make a deepavali prog. But as balan said some of our friend are missing. I tought we have arrage it in a time that convince to all. i hope in future if anyone can't make can let us know earlier. I really hope i can sit down with all the team member. really miss those moment.
