How to send an email invatation

Hi,

I would like to know how i can send an email invatation for others to join our blog.?
and how if we want to enhance our template?

Finally i know who is JP? Why no posting from her?

    well, you gotta be on the admin side to do that but i think you can still try.
    Just go to settings and click members.
